About Me

I became an Industrial Psychologist because I care deeply about people and the lives they’re building. I’ve always been drawn to the question of what helps us live meaningful, purposeful lives — lives where we feel that what we do matters.  From early on, I was fascinated by why some people feel energised and fulfilled in their work, while others feel stuck, drained, or disconnected from what matters most. For me, this goes beyond careers or workplaces; it speaks to a deeper human need to grow, contribute, and thrive. That’s why I feel called to walk alongside people at the intersection of who they are, what they do, and who they are becoming.

For me, work isn’t just about having a job and performing well in it — it’s about people living with purpose and fulfilling their inherent potential. Work is one of the main areas where we explore questions like: Who am I? What do I want to give? How do I grow from here?  Sometimes this means identifying new directions and possibilities, and other times it’s about addressing patterns or challenges that hold us back, creating space for both growth and healing along the way.

What drives me is simple: I want to see people live with purpose and fulfil their inherent potential. Too often, we lose sight of this — weighed down by uncertainty, stress, the fast pace of life, or the belief that we do not have the potential in us to achieve anything meaningful. My role is to create a space where clients can pause, reflect, heal, and rediscover what matters most to them. But I believe insight alone is not enough. Real change happens when insight is combined with action. That’s why I work collaboratively with clients, using practical, evidence-based tools that help them not only understand themselves better but also take meaningful steps forward.

Whether I’m supporting someone to clarify their career path, helping an individual strengthen their resilience, or working with a team to build healthier ways of working together, my intent is always the same: to provide honest, grounded, and compassionate support that makes growth and healing possible.

I hold a Master of Commerce in Industrial Psychology from Stellenbosch University and am registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa as an Industrial Psychologist (Independent Practice). My training allows me to balance scientific rigour with a human touch. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I listen deeply, work ethically, and provide tools that are both research-driven and practical in everyday life.

At the core of my work is a conviction: with the right support, people are capable of remarkable growth. My role is to offer that support with care, integrity, and professionalism — so that individuals and teams can move forward with clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.
